Golf
Conditioning: -Mondays
6:30 - 7:15pm and/or Thursdays 10:30 -
11:15am, Beginning
Monday, March 26th - April 30, 2012 -Strengthening
and lengthening to reduce common golf injuries -Correcting
imbalances through proven techniques and proper

The Saddle: -First
Thursday of each month from 6:00-7:00pm, Beginning

core strengthening, muscular endurance and agility

routines and stretching techniques that will become

classes taught by Susan Toombs, ISSA Certified Fitness
