The Jefferson DeFrees Fitness Center provides the right equipment and a certified personal trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals. The Center has a  9 station Universal gym, free weights, exercise balls, treadmills, bikes, recumbent bike, Bow-Flex, Elliptical machine and more.
